Been a while since I posted .. got distracted a bit so have still not processed the Galway/ Mayo pics .. in the mean time an older one taken at the mullinhassig Falls in Cork.

I love those silky water images too. Would you use a filter for a shot like this? Anytime I ever try a long exp in daylight I just get a mass of whiteness.

Generally when I take long exposures like these I try to avoid the sky being in the frame as this seems to completely blow the picture out of it.
I recently bought some welders glass to hold over the lens in day-time exposures and is supposed to be fairly effective but I personally have yet to try it.
Got it for bout €5 inclu. P&P off eBay.
